In most companies today, it is forbidden for their works to have any kind of relationship besides the normal work relationship. Most companies even go as far as sacking most of their employees they find dating. Then there are some companies that really do not mind as long as it does not affect their performance. What's your take on this aspect?

I am someone who does not mind office romance as long as they stay professional when they are in the office and at work.
You can meet someone within work and have a strong connection with them and I do not believe they should be forced to not take that further due to them being in the same work place. Instead, they should be sure to keep things professional within the office and leave anything else for when they are in their own time.
