Yes you are right, I have also found a boss who is selfish. I work alone to take care of the shop, and my boss takes a nap until the afternoon. When I was very busy serving many customers my boss didn't help me, so I was late for lunch.
Most employers are selfish and always exploit employees. But in the other way round, employees always deliver half hearted services. What go round, comes around.

It is possible for an employer to become selfish, maybe for so many reasons. One is to protect too many expenditures, To save more for new items to display. But if the business is big and profitable, the business owner is just silly .
