Do you eat when you are hungry or when the time comes for you to eat?

I try to listen to my body's hunger cues and eat when I feel physically hungry. However, with a busy work schedule, I sometimes have to plan my meals around specific times to ensure I'm nourishing myself consistently throughout the day.
