Most tasks can be completed in more than one way. Because of this, various people have different opinions on how things ought to be done. Situations change as conditions do. What was acceptable in the past might not always be the wisest course of action in the present. When people are receptive to ideas and recommendations and do not quickly dismiss them without giving them due thought, teamwork emerges.

I agree with your opinion. I always bear in mind that bosses do not know everything. However, they tend to pretend of being all-knowing, which I cannot work with this kind of boss.

With that being said, the staffs would feel that they are part of the company and feeling uplifted in a way.

I believe that at every point time in business when it comes to decision making, I have to consider the viewpoints of my trusted staff, weigh them and make decisions based on inference I have drawn.

To all the jobs that I did, I find it more organized to work with international non-government organizations (NGOs). Aside from this, they encourage employees to work together without any shortcomings. The essence of teamwork is being practiced all the time.

A lot of bosses do not even know anything and they will order people to do it and that is when employing people comes in. They can employ people for the things they don't know about their jobs.

I pity with these boses for not competent enough to their respective jobs. Sometimes the credits will be theirs despite being done by their subordinates. It is a fact that cannot be denied.

It is so effective to be working with the team. Every member can share their opinionated statements to resolve business problems. At some point, they can suggest innovative ideas to improve the company's status.

I think the faster opinion should be considered especially in an urgent case in which decision need to be made .Respect for other people opinion would make you see the sense in what they have just said and that won't even take 5mins of your time.

I do think that they can straighten things up and join force to certain solutions. If they keep on not cooperating with each other, there will be no good outcomes in favor to them.

Well, one person cannot know everything in a business venture. That is why specialisation is always encouraged. Business people needs to employ different experts in different areas of their businesses.

If another person is offering some great advice, then I think that it should be considered for sure. Even your employees could also offer some great advice as well that may benefit you.
