When is it worth adding advertising to a website?

Do webmasters and website owners on this forum add advertising to all the websites which they own or do they add advertising only after their website has a certain number of visitors. If yes, how many visitors are required so that they add advertising?

Banner advertisement doesn't bring conversions @timewo. You need to add your forum in microjob sites if you need signups and interact like TimeBucks or Microworkers Com or OfferOc.

It would be worth it if there was a huge amount of traffic or very targeted and hot traffic that is smaller. Of course, better yet, you got a lot of traffic and it's very responsive! Anyway, a low traffic site that probably isn't going to get advertising hits, isn't a good idea for ads.

Can you clarify what you mean by large amount of traffic, 100 page views per month, 1000 page views per month or more. I am not making money from many domains, so I would like to find out the monetization options

No need adding to a website with no traffic you might not make money. So it better to add when you have tons of traffic.

Different ad networks require different conditions. While some ad networks like Google demands that your site has good traffic and number of visitors, others like Adsterra don't require much from you.

Yeah it is about the requirements of the ad network one will be using. So one needs to work with each site rules

For me it depends on the website.

Some of my websites don't have advertisements at all regardless of the traffic.
Sites like this though, would put the ads on instantly.

There are many Ad Networks out there that ask for certain requirements, for example min traffic per day above 500 visits, min page 10 etc., although there are also many Ad networks that don't ask for requirements, so once you have created a website, you can register and put your ad's html code, but it appears it's useless or just a waste, because you haven't got organic traffic.

I start running ads as soon as the website is approved by adsnese, I apply fore adsense on the day I launch the site.
