When the husband is sober but the wife is not!!

The situation where the husband is sober but the wife is not can affect both kids and the household. A husband is not used to running the house and caring for kids. Have you come across such a situation?

This happens in most of the families but I don't think it affects the kids.

I do not think it is common where a husband is sober and the wife is not . Usually it is the other way around (lol)
