When your passion is to build a business empire right away, well, it will be impossible. You have to start from small to big unless you are a big capitalist and your capital is good enough to gamble on a business that is new to you. When it comes to doing business, it might be wrong. If you have passion for something and people have already established themselves in it for years, you will find it really hard to make sales when you start newly.

Ay, sorry to hear about it. My business is gaining rain or shine. I transferred it to Gaiasano Mall because there are more milk tea buyers than in SM. The price is higher in SM because of the rent, in Gaisano Mall, it is less so I transferred my milk tea business to GM.

The space is only 1 square meter the rent is 5000 a month but in Gaisano Mall only 3, 700 and buyers are many than in SM. In GM there are takeouts.
