The gift cards can be used by sites that are properly indicated for them. For example, among the best known, there are: Amazon, Aliexpress, Wish, Ebay, etc.
The problem for me is not where to spend it, but how to get it.

If I can I do exactly like you. However I see that unfortunately there are fewer and fewer earning websites that offer the possibility of being paid via PayPal. Now most do it through cryptocurrencies.
