Our weather bureau said bring umbrella because there's rain this day Ph time but it's evening now 7:30,but no promised rain coming. Was the weather bureau lying? I looked up the the clouds look so weird, there's no sign of rain coming. I have to switch on the aircon now to cool myself. It's extremely hot here in the Philippines hehe, superb.

The used to said is a forecast that simply means it can be wrong sometimes. No matter how, humans can not master the ability to foretold the future. I have been following weather forecast, about 70% use to be accurate.
