Which do you prefer to work with, a small or big company?

In my view, it is better to work for a big company. For the reason that it is more stable as compared to a small company. After quitting my former company, I was able to work for an online company after a week. But then I realized that the company is not a big one. So, I managed to find another one that was bigger. I made it as my backup.

I think that big because I would get higher salary, and often small companies go bankrupt so I would lose my job I'm not saying that working for a small company is bad some small companies offer good salary as well as good working conditions

I would rather prefer to work on a small company. When you work in a small company, though the payment might not be much, but you stand the chance of being developed effectively. When you are working in a small company, it is easy for you to develop passion to establish a related business.

That is correct! Most of the big companies will always treat their employees well with better incentives.

For me i really do not mind if it's a small company or a big one. The most important factor here is that i am okay with the pat i am getting and i am not under any kind of pressure or over working myself.

For me I would prefer to work with a big company. This is because with the big company a worker can be guaranteed of a safe operation of the business or job compared to the small one that can collapse anytime.

I would not have in mind both companys. If you look closer, big company is acutaly set from many smaller teams and each team you can watch as independent or small company.

I have worked for both small companies and big corporations. For big corporations, I can enjoy a better work environment and fringe benefits. Working for small companies had given me the opportunity to get involved in a variety of work. Both have pros and cons.

I preferred to work in big company like glaxoSmithkline. The point is I feel somewhere a sort of satisfaction while working with them. When people ask about company name I feel somewhat proud to tell them.
