Which is easier to market between a product or service?

When it comes to business, we have those offering products and those offering services. Which of the two is easier to market? I think products are easier to market because one can get to touch and feel them unlike services.

I guess marketing of a product is easier than service because a person can see a product and not service

I find it easier to market a product than a service. When it comes to promoting a service, you need to illustrate its value by providing proof of your past work, taking tests, etc.

For me, it is easier to promote and market services. I do this when teaching online.

Services are better marketed by testimonials and reviews. But products are best marketed through physical marketing.

I think it depends on who is marketing. Some people are very good in marketing products whilst others are good at marketing services.

Both are difficult but as per majority of studies, marketing a service is tough because you don't have anything to show for a service so it's hard to describe

I think it depends on the individual and the level of skills they have. There are some persons who will find marketing a product easier, and vise versa.
