Stocks are an attractive and promising investment instrument, even though stock prices are aggressive or fluctuating, because it requires precision, thoroughness and analysis, but before doing anything you must choose the stocks that best suit your profile, so you can sleep soundly without fear or worried about fluctuations in stock prices. For that I will try to group stocks according to trading performance or motion trade.
1. Blue chip stocks, stocks from high reputation companies
2. Growth stocks, the company is not well known but is growing.
3. Speculative stocks, high profit/risk, uncertain profits.

I am a conservative investor. I mainly invest in dividend paying blue chip stocks. The price of these stocks fluctuates less. And I also like to receive dividends from them on a regular basis. That is a great source of passive income.

Your policy is very correct to choose the type of stock according to your profile, but just as knowledge you also have to learn some of the drawbacks of bluechip stocks such as expensive bluechip stock prices, bluechip stock price movements are very slow.

I normally buy IPOs. A company can launch an IPO only when the security exchange gives approval after thorough examination. Once the IPO closed, the value starts going up. Some stocks become growth stocks, I keep them and sell the remaining.

Since I am a beginner with only a few years of investing in stocks I go for ETFs; S&P500 and Satrix40 have been the ones among those that I have consistently received dividends without fail or disappointment. I have been exploring the Australian market since the investment platform I use is headquartered there.

I am not investing in all of the stocks that you have mentioned here. The only stock I know is cryptocurrency and I am investing in about four to five cryptocurrencies. That is what I know how to invest in

That's okay, this is just a discussion, not a recommendation to invest in stocks, maybe you are more knowledgeable about crypto than stocks, so you love crypto. And most importantly you can take profit from crypto.

Well really cryptocurrencies are not considered shares, they could be considered as assets or as securities for example, but the fact is that many cryptocurrencies could be considered shares because they are linked to real companies.

You are right that there is a security token called STO, of course it runs on the blockchain, each token is pegged to a share, so it's no different from real shareholders, STO will also get dividends and capital gains/losses like stocks in general.

Yes, generally all serious cryptocurrencies (I mean those that are created for real purposes) are created by companies, and are linked to the developments of this, less Bitcoin we could say that it could be considered a commodity.

It is not considered as shares but there are some platforms that they consider cryptocurrency as shares because they are basically investment platforms. That's what I feel

Of course, but it is not because they consider it something like a share, it is because it is an investment instrument such as commodities, ETFs, precious metals and some others.

Stocks and crypto are both investment instruments, however crypto can be pegged in valuable assets like usd, gold and stocks. It is not easy for companies to issue STOs, because they have to comply with stock exchange regulations in your country, or in America we know this as the SEC. the difference is that STO is in digital form that we can store on smartphones.

You are right but that seems like the best way for them to call it an investment. There are also times when I always wonder how they get our money back maybe by trading the currencies
