I know some senior who are not that tech savvy. They do not have a smart phone and seldom browse the internet. They use cash to make purchases and do not do online shopping or banking.
The person I know who struggles the most with technology is definitely my elderly grandfather. At 87 years old, he simply never fully adapted to our increasingly digitized world. He still has an old flip phone for making calls, but has no idea how to send texts or access the internet.
