I am all for equal pay for all if I am honest no matter what profession you are in. Whether you are a doctor or a teacher you both have really important and busy jobs and i feel that should be equal pay, to be honest. I believe at the moment at least where I am from, doctors may earn more than teachers which is a shame as I have worked in schools myself in the past when I was in college and the work that teachers put into their jobs is just amazing and definitely deserves more.

I do think that teachers should be paid more than the public servant. Unfortunately, it does not happen in my country. It has been an issue that teachers were not well-compensated through the years and they are still appealing to the local government.
