I found out that so many people are losing interest in the day job . The people are beginning to move to online work more often because they could work from the comfort of their home and there will be no one pushing them around . This is the reason why most of the people preferred to work online.

Online business offers a lot of money making opportunities. Moreover, it is flexibility and more rewarding than most offline business. Secondly, it expands your knowledge base and makes your life less stressful.
The majority of the workforce here are still having a full time day job. Due to the Pandemic, there are people who work from home but they are still working for an employer. Having a full time day job offers guarantee income. There are people who work just online too if stable income is not a priority for them.
People may be losing interest in their day jobs if they feel that the work they are doing is not fulfilling or meaningful to them
In the day job there is no progress in salaries at all, so for example the price of bottle of water increases, add to the cappucino, add to the food at restaurant and the salary you are getting from your job doesn't increase for 2 or 3 years that feel yourself discouraging. Even if you are working on small or big company so for small company they just say we do not have only you to pay you the money and we don't have enough funds and if you are in a big company they say increase of salary will result an increase in the salary for employees in same category. That is why offline jobs aren't solution to have all needs and people choose to work online.
People like to work at their own pace. So it is a lot easy to work online than working offline for anyone
Totally agree, i used to work in Big City, i always in a rush from meeting one client to another ones, but i did enjoy doing it and the salary is really good, though. But nowdays, when i have my own small business and doing online side job with extra money, i will choose doing my own business while doing online job.

indeed, working based on project and having flexibility doing it anywhere is really dream jobs for Gen Z, but still some Gen Z still dont losing interest with day to day job, some company since covid19 still have policy to let their employee to work from home
You said it right. It is a sad thing that working online is not for everybody. I am sure there are so many reasons why people change their career plans in this world.
