WHY ARE SOME FEMALE BOSS STRICT?

I think some female boss are strict because of some reasons;
1. They are female
2. Because they are female they are weaker vessels
3. Men may want to seduce them if they are friendly.
4. They may go out of business if they can't put all things at deck.
5. Competitor companies own by men may mock them.
6. Government factors and cultural beliefs may affect her mind and productive.

Most female bosses are strict. They are haters and perhaps losers. They want to prove they are powerful. I always want to have a male boss.My boss is not smiling, she is female and seldom responds to our greetings every morning.

I think females are naturally more strict than men and I can testify to this because I am also a female so it may be very hard for people to work on the rich woman especially the bossy ones
