Whenever I look at a business I look at how easy it is to make contact with them if I have an issue. For example, just recently I have had to speak with my internet service provider and I have found it easier to do it via live chat than calling and being put on hold. They offer a live chat service and also offer you the option to be able to move the conversation to WhatsApp as well so you can get on with your day and be notified when you get a response so that you are not left on hold for ages. Customer service of any kind especially live chat is key to having a thriving business as many will always come back if they have a great experience when they have an issue with something.
