Most big business that have English as their primary language set to their Customer care unit in Asia because they are able to find cheap workers here and in case they set up in their own country then they need to pay a higher amount as per the rules of the domestic country.

Not only because of cheap labour. It help them to avoid litigation. Most Asian countries are still in need of investors, thereby allow some impunity to go because the big companies can easily bribe their way out of any mess.

The major aim of every business owner is to make profit, so am pretty sure the cost of living and as well getting hired hands there is favourable to them hence they make use of Asia.

I think it is the best option. Since it is cheaper, investors need to take the chance.
It is not in Asia they found cheap labour. In Africa, there are cheapest labours. But the problem here is that, the businesses don't establish their affiliates, they turn Africa as their dumping sites for their products.

Well, there is an international company that has also set its office in my country as well. I think that they set up such offices in here due to the fact that they can get people to work for low rates.
