Why We Should Have Different Sources of Income?

Multiple source of income is very important nowadays. At least when one is not progressing as it suppose to be, you use the other business to caution some effects.

It is good to have different sources of income. We should not have all our eggs in one basket. It is risky. When one business fails, you can lean on other businesses for support and pullback.

This is exactly my point. If we depend on one source of income, we will be broke because one source may not even be able to feed us well

Exactly my point too. You will be able to earn from different sources. You will even be able to save well but if it is one source, you may not be able to save because of expenses

I am also in search of different sources from where I can earn because even I'm dependent upon my day job earnings and online earnings of a couple of my websites so I definitely need to do something on this behalf

I am also in the same boat as you are. I am in a search of some sites where I can earn at least half the money I earn from my offline job. I know it's tough but it's not impossible.

Yes I too second you on that. An alternative source of income is always very important as it can support our needs if at all the main source of income has stopped due to various interruptions.

But some people believe that they should have one source of income so that they'll be able to make somuch money from it even before it shuts down

This is what everyone tries to do. It's always better to have one or two sources of income where one can earn good. I am fortunate to have a regular offline job which is my main source of income and I don't require any other source but I still try to work on the sites just of have some bonus earnings.

Multiple source of income is very good in case if one of them fails or does not go as planned you can move or switch on to the next one

Diversifying your sources of income is important to avoid challenges that occur of you lose one of them. Someone with just one way of earning would have a hard time financially if they can't work again.

As per most of the experts we should have more than one source of earning and if we are just dependent on our salary then we are taking a bigger risk.

A wise person now needs to have different sources of income you need to have an investment, a job or a business. so that when you realize you failing in one you start another.

I agree that we should have multiple sources of income. Other than the primary job, we should have side hustles to earn extra income. They can be our back up source of income in case the primary job does not work out.
