Sure he is generous enough already and taking things in his strides we just have to be patient to see all the changes manifest weekly

I don't know but the admin sometime said that he wants users to be able to earn more that $1.05 in a day so it is possible

At present we can earn 1 cent per comment and 2 cent per thread and this is the new rate after new year and can hope for better pay rate in the future.
