I have worked at home to but I don't feel like it's worth it and prefer the office in mom and because we have the feeling that we can do better in an office environment as we are around with like minded people

Working from home is best. When ever I dont feel like working I take a day off with no hustle. Mostly I do that month end. I spend 25 days working and the last few days til month end relaxing

From the office since at home I won't be able to concentrate on my work well. I just prefer I calm environment to make me work better compared to at home where your family members will distract you.

Too much work from home does make us unproductive so I will prefer a ideal mix where we need to work from home for 3 days and from office for other days

As long as you don't lose your focus when you are working from home it is always going to be something that is interesting because you determine the level of productivity will decide the put in your work.

I think working from office is good, but working from home is better.

It has been more than 8 years that I decided to work at home. There is no regret for doing so. Although I can still work outside my comfort zone, which the process of hunting of a new job continues.
