Avoid burn out is very important. It is also necessary to focus on one thing and get it right. Most people look for fast money without skills, hence they jump from one gig to another for years without success.

I use to do meditation and some prayer to calm and refresh my mind. Meditation help me to be rational in this hectic environment. Many people have lost their rationality due to noise pollution that emanate from the urban area.

Once I heard that people are using their health to make money and then using their money to get health, I think it is not wise to ruin your mental health because of money.

I can say that it did affect my mental health when I lost my former job. Of course, it was a struggling time for me. Now, I have a new job and still continue to work hard for the setback that I experienced during the pandemic.

I agree with you health is very important and often neglected by busy people. I try to manage my health by taking breaks, talking to supportive people and doing relaxing activities.

There is no way that I'm going to compromise my health because of work no matter how much I am getting paid because it is someone who is alive that is going to be able to enjoy the money that he's paid.

Any work that messes with your sanity or gets you depressed is not just worth it at all. You would have to leave that kind of work. It is necessary to keep your sanity when working so that you won't let it loose on customers or coworkers.
