I do think that most workers come to a point of burning out at their work, either online and offline. It is up to the employees on how to handle this situation. As for me, I usually divert myself being here and there, so that I will be burned out.

This is actually the reason why most companies and I'm trying to mechanise everything because they know that it is going to be very difficult for machines to burn out from working all the time.

Definitely, a machine can't be overstretched or over worked and still be expected to function maximally or optimally, same thing also applies to humans, when we're overstretched, we perform very poorly and slowly thereby leading to unproductivity.

I am not sure if I got your point. In my opinion, most manufacturing companies are installing automated machines. In this manner, they do not need to worry about workers who tend to be burned out easily.

It's important to keep a work life balance. Companies should always have a periodic assessment of their employees which must include. measuring their level of job satisfaction. Yup burnout is very common many workers exspierence this it's very hard to get motivation back and yes it does reduce productivity I think that workers should get breaks if not they will lose motivation easier
