It depends on the nature of the work and how I feel about it and if I feel I can do it all alone then I will try to do it as I don't mind enjoying my own company then surrounded by fake people

I have not come across people who work together and participate equally. There's always the lazy ones who are always on thier phones enjoying social media, then thier those who feel they have all the answers so they never want to understand or hear new ideas or input

I experience this a lot with my team because all of them are not attentive towards work and mostly busy with phones.

I can do both. That depends on the assignments. I can work alone if I need to do some planning. Teamwork is also fine with me. I enjoy sharing ideas with team members and collaborate with them to get a job done.

Even I am like that and love to work as a team but if I have incompetent team members then I prefer to work alone and get the task done
