An Exchange Traded Fund is a collection of stocks and bonds that are sould together as a single entity. So when you invest in it, it's like you are investing in a suite that has many packages.

So when an investor buys one share of an Exchange Traded Fund, he buys one unit of the whole package.

ETF is far more better than other forms of investment. ETF mitigates risk but does not maximize profit. When one of the shares did not perform, the performing ones will cover the losses of under performing shares.

I have invested in Mutual FUnds but I have not invested in ETFs yet. ETFs are similar to Mutual Funds in the sense that these both are investment pools that are managed by experts. The only difference is ETFs can be traded on stock exchange.

Yes, I would take it into account to invest in it, although I really like portfolios of managed funds for example more than an exchanges traded funds to be honest.

I too would trade on the exchange traded fund, EFT. This is because this is a viable mode of investment. It's a less riskier investment portfolio compared to the others.
