Would you join a forum or website if your account was closed earlier?

That's the truth , I think some even block one through the IP address so you can't join the site again through that same device.
Then you go ahead to give it a try and see what happens. You wouldn't know the outcome until you take the bold steps to ask.
This will only work if your IP wasn't blocked. if it was it will difficult to access the site to register again especially if you are using the sane device
Usually forum sites or earning websites will close their member accounts if they break the rules, use the same IP address as the account that has been banned, or have created multiple accounts. Although it has never happened to me, but I will not join again.
It all depends. If my account was closed due to a violation of the website's terms and conditions, I would not return to the same forum or website. However, if my account was closed due to a technical problem or another cause beyond my control, I would consider rejoining the same forum or website.
There is no harm in trying. What if the site owner found out the truth, then there's a possibility to get access to that site to do business there and be happy again.
Accounts that have been banned will enter their software, so if the same IP address registers again a warning will appear, and will be immediately rejected by the moderator/admin or the software will immediately ban the account again.
It have happened to me on several occasions. I have account with Hubpages cand they banned me. I use another ip with different email address to the site, they still ban me again.
This is where the problem lies you can't just convince them. When you are banned you stay banned permanently.
How were you able to create new accounts. Was it with new devices?
