Would you join your own family business or start a new?

If your family has a business and if you also are interested in running business, would you join your family business, or would start your own? I think I would be better with the family business as it is already operational.

This depends on the kind of family that we are from. As for me, I can join my family business because we don’t have anyone who is always greedy

If I am genuinely interested in the business, I will pursue it as long as there are no issues or conflicts with others. If there are, I will back out. My peace is more important than money.
