We are all looking for ways to better our standard of living, which also includes accepting better offers. As an employee, would you accept to work in a remote place away from your friends and loved ones for a higher pay?

Yes o. I won't mind to work in remote place so far there is better pay and accommodation. It does not necessarily mean one should work in a comfort zones
For the right pay, I can easily make that decision to work far from my comfort. I can only do it for good money.

Yea that's true, but what if its a place where the accomodations are not that good and there is no access to tap water. Like there a community in cross river where they still make use of stream water, there is no tap nor well and no electricity. Would you still go there with better pay?
It is true that the payment system is very important and the pay is what will attract people.
I'm going to support your assertion on this because I would also go for good payment.
If I can get a decent pay, I don't mind working in a remote area on condition that it is safe and has some basic facilities such as food stalls, public transportation, and clinic.
The decency of the pay will determine whether I'm going to work there or not.
its all about the money, sure i will do it as long as i know what are others benefit i get (beside higher salary) like free plane ticket back home one a year, or they provided me a nice place to stay and another benefit that make me sure to move to that place,
