I am hoping that RIF will not lure scammers and spammers. It happened before with Bubblews. It was the fastest earning site years ago. And because of the scammers, the site has to close down leaving some users unpaid. But they tried to pay more members before closing down completely.

I also think about it sometimes. I see lots of people joining the forum recently and I see people have started spamming the site. It will be tough now for the site to sustain if the admin doesn't get strict. It's the time when the moderators and admin should be more active.

Admin should also work harder to check suspicious user. I reported one already and got banned. Though I believe it is not my job to do so but I believe it was helpful to report if admin and moderators were not able to catch one.
