Being young means something in everything, at work, play, decision-making, and for the self. They have a great advantage over the old generation. Their energy and desire to work more, save more, and profit more are their first lookout . They enjoy working and earning while the older generation wants to have many days or hours off which is why, while still young, work out all your plans to do business or invest something for the rainy days and retirement. It is the reality and no one can deny and refute it. Time is gold and time moves fast while our actions tend to move slow. There is phrase that says Work, for the night is coming. I believe this is applicable here. We can refer night as being weakly or sickly or worst death. Admit it, we can no longer work harder if we are old. Older gen wants to rest and have the vacation they deserve.

The younger generation tends to feel aggressive to discover new things, discover hard things just to make their dreams come true which is why many left for work abroad, whereas for the old generation. they want a relaxed life and that is normal because of age and what they went through when they were young.
