What do you think of a better healthy option as a sweetener for you. I always prefer honey and you?

I prefer dark chocolate. Actually, it's more bitter than sweet. Other than that, I also love honey. I have them on waffles or simply have a honey drink before bedtime.

I will go for honey to replace regular sugar in the market. However, it is quite pricey.

I also prefer honey as a more natural alternative to refined sugar. Honey not only provides sweetness, but contains antioxidants and trace nutrients as well. I try to use it in moderation since it is still fairly calorie-dense. For baking, I sometimes substitute part of the sugar with mashed ripe bananas or applesauce to reduce the added sweeteners.

It is a healthy one to use, but it is quite pricey to have them here. I still use the brown sugar than the processed one.
