Yeah it can be traumatizing for some people. So one needs to be careful with actions to others

Impatience is my weakness. If I am expecting something in the mail I will keep checking even though I know it is too early to check
One weakness I've worked to improve is my tendency towards perfectionism. While striving for excellence is admirable, I've learned that obsessing over minuscule details can hinder productivity and mental well-being. I'm making a conscious effort to prioritize what truly matters while letting go of inconsequential flaws.
I am scared of snakes. I have sea sickness and my skin is very sensitive. I am also allergic to mangoes and cantaloupe. I sometimes procrastinate.
