My motivation to work in a company is that I first want to earn money, some of the money I get I save for venture capital, besides that I am also looking for knowledge and experience that will be useful if I start my own business.

@Shavkat , it is a must to get connected to the community for without them, you cannot have their support and protection especially if you are new to the community where your business is in. They are your buyers . They may be your free customers.

There is no such thing as free money. If it is even looking free, what about the skill that you learnt to be able to carry out that task. Free money is a mirage.
Ponzi schemes can make you quite some money of you thread carefully. They don't last more than a few months, so the early bird catches the worm. But I don't invest what I cannot afford to lose.
If I had a business that ended up failing I would definitely feel sorry and feel really bad about it failing. Knowing how I am I would probably blame myself and look into all the ways I could have prevented it from failing and end up beating myself up about it. This is why I always say that you should have a backup for a business incase things go wrong so that you can pick yourself back up and get back to it.
Naming the business after the niche area or the owner is a good idea and maybe the most widely used one. But at times, people use some very catchy names that just get your attention and being a unique catchy ones get easily register to memory.
