I interviewed my neighbor. He has an auto mechanic shop that runs for almost 15 years. He said that he started doing this business at age 20 and at that time; he lacked training but he was able to survive. He noticed that his customers did not come back so he thought of something to let his customers go back to his shop. He underwent 5 days training and received a diploma to boost his customers that he acquired skills in auto repair. That was the beginning of his better life. He became a very good auto repair. Those who did not undergo training find it hard to get good customers.
The duties of the auto mechanic are to fix vehicles and replace their parts for his customers. Their duties also include repairing the vehicles so if the auto mechanic does not have skills, he can never fix the vehicle. He might be charged with falsification of skills. It is not easy to include repairing the vehicle’s mechanical components. The absence of skills may resort in the cancelation of a permit to operate an auto mechanic shop.
Repairing, assembling, and replacing vehicles’ parts are not done through imagination and calculations. It is also the duty of the auto repair mechanic to diagnose problems with cars, and trucks, and perform maintenance work on them. But there are shops as far as my observations are concerned are acting immorally and unethically and others were getting rich off of their customers’ backs. I am observing this because I often go to an auto repair mechanic shop for checking my car and the cars of my siblings. What do you observe in those mechanic shops in your place?
