A lot of jobs can be done remotely, for instance, customer service, marketing and advertising, (digital marketing), writing, designing, developing, etc. However, a lot of companies require their workforce to go to the workplace. A writer does not need to go to the workplace to write, a graphic designer does not need to go to the workplace. Would you allow your staff work remotely of the jobs can be done remotely?

For my kind of job we do in our kind of organization, a staff can comfortably work remotely and would still deliver at the same level. For sure, I would allow a staff of mine to work remotely.
I run a poultry farn. Given that it is a production business, it is not possible for my staff to work remotely. My staff has to be physically on ground to do the job of taking care of the birds and the farm.
Your work is naturally inclined to be done remotely. The pandemic has made a rise in the number of remote teaching Jobs available in many countries. And it is going to get more remote every day.

This is the most important thing considering that humans always want a way to exploit loophole. There are staff that cannot be effective without supervision. Those kind don't need to be told to work from home else they are would never work.

Jobs that require manual labor cannot be done remotely, however, jobs that require mental labor can be easily done remotely. You can sell online remotely but you need a physical delivery company to ship your products.
Yeah , you are right , jobs that require just online skill like graphic designing , website development and mostly tech related jobs could be done remotely , that would serve as an advantage on the worker's part

Even the jobs like teaching, broadcasting, design and development, and customer support can be done remotely. During the Covid period research was done and it was revealed that over 60 percent of jobs in the US could be actually done remotely.
I can easily allow my staff to work remotely as long as the person can be able to still be productive in that way.
yes definitely it will make the company outlook much more vibrant and many people who want freedom while working will be looking forward to join it .
That depends on the type of work. I basically see no problem allowing employees to work remotely as long as they achieve the results. However, to maintain a team spirit and sense of belongings to the company, it may be a good idea to have employees gather in the office once a month.
