Many people like to try different dishes and for that they buy books from which they can look the recipe and try. It's less popular now because most look at Youtube but I feel still many people prefer to buy these books to learn cooking different dishes.

For old-school like me, I would buy it. I am sure some people can relate to me with this matter. Having cook books can be a perfect collection and can help them do delicious delicacies.

I don't think this is a lucrative business because we can easily watch how to make food on YouTube instead of buying cooking book

This is exactly my point too. It is better to Google them or watch Youtube videos instead of buying the books

Books have lost their charm in the eyes of youngsters they prefer YouTube more than anything to check things they don't know and that's better to refer to them because they elaborate on any topic through videos and people like to understand more with them.

Bookstores here are still selling a lot of cook books. So there must be a market there. As for me, I just check out the recipe online on YouTube.
