I do different things when am stressed. Most times when stressed, I just watch a movie, I usually tend to avoid does movies with realistic plots, and look for ones with happy endings. I can't be stressed about life and be watching others who are stressed about theirs as well.

If it's Something I can do or handle myself, I prefer doing it myself than paying someone else to do it. I feel it doesn't make sense to spend money on something I can do myself for free.
