Members not posting after joining forum

Some people are lazy and they don't want to come out of their comfort zones.
It took me about three weeks to start posting here. Not because I didn't like the forum. But because I was on other forums and had to take my time to see how thongs work around here.
Many people are good in complaining how life is unfair to them. How they need help but actually their problem is their inability to concentrate on one thing and achieve some levels of success. That is the reason, I find it difficult to trust people these days.
Those members that are not posting probably don't know how the system works. Some believed after registration, they don't have to do anything and money would be flowing in.
Some of the reasons may be they are too busy with other work, cannot think of any topic to post a new thread, or don't have any ideas or information to respond to existing threads.
The main cause is the site's slow earning feature. They may have joined after hearing about the site's legitimacy, but the earning rate may not meet their needs, and therefore they lose interest along the road.
One of them could be that they are still exploring the site and have yet to know the ins and outs, or maybe the topics do. not appeal to them.
Some new members might not be posting as a result of not convincing yet either RIF is genuinely paying or not. I'm using this medium to appeal to the admins to create payments section where all members who had been successful paid should be posting the screenshot of their payment as testimonial.
Something always remain better than nothing so if we have a lot of referrals and only few are working then at least these few are working and we are getting free money, we just have to think here positively because we can't do anything here.
