Basically, Dapps are decentralized applications related to blockchain technology by and for their usefulness, for example a decentralized wallet that does not ask for identification information and serves to interact with tokens is a Dapp.

We members of the EU are the first to be affected by the effects of Globalization, where even the individual Heads of State here, no longer have power, but in our case, we are under the orders of the European Commission and even more we must obey to the NATO, therefore in the first instance to the United States of America. In this time range, it will not be possible to trade nor transfer funds in and out of Coinbase. I hope that everything will be resolved without unpleasant surprises.

The funds I had there are already safe, it is better to withdraw them than to stay there for now in case the thing is not as we want and if everything is in order to return with them, I really think that right now with the panorama we have the funds will be safer in self-custody wallets, because the economic outlook is very ugly and the crypto regulations have only just begun.

Yes, maybe better in your case. But you must know that there I have just 3 €uro in Bitcoins earned through a faucet. Assuming that it should fall, I'm honest I don't consider it a big loss just in case.
I understand probably then it is nothing relevant to you, I had more money, better to have it in charge than to regret it later, I hope Coinbase does things right after this.

Yes, Indeed and at least I hope that this new updates, can improve the functionality of Coinbase. You see, this wallet has often been criticized for its a bit too high withheld.
I also heard these days that Coinbase is gradually moving to Europe because in the US there is a very hard regulation which I did know, and that Coinbase is probably going to leave the US behind.

This this could be explained because Coinbase wanted to close permanently with Silvergate Bank, due to a series of investigations and lawsuits against this last and now seems to be looking for another banking institution in which to transfer money in wire transfers of their customers.
