Gender discrimination is when an individual is treated unequally simply based on their gender. These days most companies do not allow the female gender to hold high positions. I have heard of some who do not promote their female staffs, do you think this would affect the business and their level of productivity? Or do you think there is notting wrong with this act.

Gender discrimination will have a bad effect on the mentality of employees. So that he feels uncomfortable to work because he feels differentiated from other employees. If male employees are recognized for their abilities, it will make female employees less enthusiastic at work.
This notion should be reconsidered by all, I think both gender should be treated fairly and equally regardless , what if the opposite gender would be the driving force in the business but she is not being motivated due to discrimination.
