This is not a good thing because productivity will be affected. I am into gender equality and it is one of my advocacies. I do hope that all the nations will apply this concern.

Gender discrimination lead to low self-esteem in the workplace and may also influence decision making at work , if a particular gender mostly women are discriminated in the workplace, they lose their voice and don't seem to make contribution for the growth of the workplace.

Good that mo one os doing that in your city. We just have to realize that wr lose potential employees when we adopt gender discrimination. Any gender can be food for a business

Many people think that men can only be good at managing business, which is completely false. A woman or a man can both manage business well, and gender does not matter.

They forgot the women empowerment. We're also powerful ha ha, we can lead. They forgot Helen of Troy who led 300 troupes to fight the enemies.
Helen of Troy caused the destruction of Troy. There's nothing good about her as far as I'm concerned.

On the topic.. Yes, I agree that discrimination against women isn't good.

She is so lovely and strong. In big offices this time, there are also women managers but in banks mostly, managers are men especially in big corporations. There's no female to man multinational companies but women are best in politics.

Any kind of discrimination in the workplace has the ability to cause divisions in the workplace. It also stifles growth as those deservingly of a position would be overlooked in favor of the discrimination agendas.

This notion should be reconsidered by all, I think both gender should be treated fairly and equally regardless , what if the opposite gender would be the driving force in the business but she is not being motivated due to discrimination.
I agree with this. The funny thing is that i have actually seen cases where women are doing way better or they are able to handle the position extremely well, more than anyone could handle. The gender does not matter, the most important thing is that they are able to do the task at hand.

Sure, we need to just unlearn some things or change our mindset in this case, what should matter to us is about the job being done well and not about the gender that did the task.

Gender discrimination in business would always lead to possible loss of capable hands for job roles because they are considered not suitable for the role due to gender.
