We stop them from doing this by treating staffs with respect and also giving them fair financial privileges by doing this we not only stop them from working with our competition we retain them

The best way to stop losing your staff to your competition is to make sure your Staff are loyal to your organization. When a staff is completely loyal to a particular organization, he or she won't work for the competitor even after he has left your organization.

Majority of the multi-national companies would never want their staffs to work for another big company, especially if the staff is highly experienced. Maybe offering great incentives would work?

I guess you never really can stop your workers from going to competitor business organizations, but as you have said - the best and one of the only ways to stop your workers from doing that is by taking the best care of them and looking after them as well as you can.

You are very correct about being offered very good incentives by the company someone works for as a means to get them to be loyal to the company and not think about going to work for their alternative or competitors.
