How do you create customer engagement?

Most entrepreneurs tend to focus on employee engagement, but what about customer engagements, what should you do to be able to engage your customers? I came across a business owner who always have a monthly draw, customers are told to pick numbers and the lucky one wins a price, then i have seen cases where customers win free gifts or free dinners and the likes. What other ideas do you have?

It is very important for you to be able to engage your customers because they are the major or the most important aspects of your business things they are the ones who buy your products

There are so many ways that the employers can choose on the ways to engage their customers. Some companies would give out free giveaways to the customers as their way of keeping an eye on the customers.

You are right. I think one thing that customers need to learn about is that giveaways are good but too much of it will make the business go bankrupt so there should be a limit to everything

I was once in a restaurant where customers would be given free food occasionally. So they really liked the restaurant because their presence is felt. Another thing that they liked about patronizing the business is that they could get free WiFi while taking their meals.

That si true. Customers love business owners who engage with them and even carry them along. The business is not only about the owner but about the customer too.

A lot of companies in my location have loyalty program. Customer get reward points for purchasing from the shop. When the points reach the threshold, they can be converted into cash. Customer can use the cash to purchase at the shop. Loyalty program members can also get special discounts on selected products once in a while, and a gift on their birthday.

You should always engage them so that you can know how to satisfy them and you can know the things that they love to see in your business place just for your business to grow

Depends what type of business is. In my betting projects I will increase prices. Maybe give some other rewards for sharing posts. In new project I will have weekly and monthly rewards.

I think a lot of people are involved in betting. I used to bet before but I don't think I can do it anymore. I have lost so much money into it and I'm not ready to risk my money for betting anymore.

You could engage with your customers by asking about your services and ask them to offer feedback. You must tell them to never hesitate when it comes to offering feedback to the business.

You should always ask them to know if they are satisfied with the product that you have sold to them or not so that you are going to know when and where to make amends

You should also have it in mind that you cannot always tell them to give you a feedback because they will feel tired of giving you a feedback on your products all the time

The best way is to engage them in signing a contract in business. It can be done when having a negotiation with the clients. It is the transaction that can determine if they are going to continue the business with them or not.

Negotiating with clients is a very good way to engage them but it may be kind of tough because you both need to reach an agreement and some of them may not agree with you

What I can only only feel about customer encouragement is that there are my ways of encouraging the customer once the goods purchase can Meet the requirements one way or the other you have encouraged the customer add any other things is a plus

You definitely have to offer something that's good enough to get the attention of your customers and even the prospective one's you're yet to have.
