When running a business, the employees plays a very important role in the business. Without them the business would not be able to function. As a business owner, how do you make your workers or employees feel more respected?
I have come across many employees who complain about how they are treated at the office and it is notting good at all.

You can make them feel respected by treating them well and also making them know that you value their opinions and always motivate them to do the job well

It's very easy, just assign them some task to do and explain to them how important the task is and how you have found them worthy and competent to carry out the task, automatically they will feel a sense of importance.

I think the simple answer to this boils down to caring for your employees from your heart and just trying to be kind to them as much as you can without compromising on work quality or your leadership.

I definitely agree with this. A small token of appreciation can go a long way as far as employee work rate and effort are concerned. I think this really should be done by many more employers to improve business relations with their employees and see the benefits of doing so.

Some of them won't still understand that way and that is why it is good for a boss to know when to be harsh and when to be calm. Those moods are needed in every business

You should always think about the idea is that your staff to give to you because there are some of them that will be reasonable and the company will benefit from those ideas

Well employees are not supposed to be treated low just because they work under you, I do not have employees working under me , but if I do have , I will try to give them the respect they deserve and not see them as mere worker

This is the truth. You should also treat them well because they are human beings like you and they are working under you. Every human deserves good treatment no matter who they are

The rule of thumb is to respect them and they will do the same thing. It is a normal chain reaction for humans to do practice and adapt this principle wholeheartedly.

We need to learn that respect is reciprocal so we should learn to respect the people who work for us even though we are superior to them because they are human beings too

Just have a business rule and regulations that guides how everything and everyone should behave at work. It will solve a lot of problems.

As a teacher back in the days, my then boss would always call you into his office to tell you what you did is not good. And he has never shouted on any Staff publicly. That is why he had so many loyal Staff.

Some employers are very rude to their staff and tend to affect their mental conditioning. Some give staff demeaning working conditions and job tasks. It would affect the productivity of a staff when you don't treat him or her with respect.

A worker can feel respected if we treat them well, such as listening to their opinion; acknowledging their work performance by giving praise, incentives, or rewards; not forcing work beyond their capabilities, etc.
