I think both are important. If you do not have money, you cannot have peace of mind. But having money does not mean that you have peace of mind. That depends on your lifestyle.

I can't compromise my sanity for any amount of money. It is possible though to make good money without losing your sanity and that is what I am going for.

I prefer to have an inner peace if having money in my pocket. I will not be having the peace of mind if it is not because of this tangible thing.

I'd go for both. Having money ensures that we can put food on the table today, tomorrow, and the day after. Yet, money alone can't bring peace of mind, so having peace of mind is equally important.

I believe peace of mind is more important than money. I realise it now when I have good salary but always have a stress at work

If I absolutely have to choose one, I would go for peace of mind. I don't like anything that gives me pressure at all.
