I think both are important. If you do not have money, you cannot have peace of mind. But having money does not mean that you have peace of mind. That depends on your lifestyle.
If you have money, you can have peace of mind. For instance, you can take a vacation and relax. However, if you do not have money, you will never have peace of mind
I can't compromise my sanity for any amount of money. It is possible though to make good money without losing your sanity and that is what I am going for.
I'd go for both. Having money ensures that we can put food on the table today, tomorrow, and the day after. Yet, money alone can't bring peace of mind, so having peace of mind is equally important.
