There is a theory that we loss weight if we stop taking direct sugar like we add sugar in our tea and coffee and other sweet drinks so if we can avoid these then it can help.

Yes, reducing the intake of sugar may help to reduce weight. Having a low-carb diet also helps. But you have to make sure having foods with protein to maintain energy.

To some extent it can help but avoiding sugar alone might not be enough. You need to cut down on what you eat and add some workouts if possible.

I think it does help and if you can exercise daily and not take anything too spicy and fried then it will certainly help one lose weight

Avoiding sugar can really help us to lose weight. We might take care though so we don't end up having low blood sugar in the other hand.
