Is it good to give a cash incentive to perfect attendance employees?

Do you think it's a wise idea to give a, cash incentive to the employees who have perfect attendance in one year? Well, it depends on the contract of agreement signed by the two parties. For me it's good to give a cash incentive just imagine their situations at home, an employee left home so early, leaving the kids to the house help. Despite that destructions, they're still able to come to work daily. What is your say about this?

In my last company, Mineral Asia we were getting incentive when we were not taking any leave. This was for each any every employee, and we were feeling much more motivation by this.

That's indeed a good motivation for the employees giving a cash conversion of their unused leaves. The money helps a lot to the employees. I never had experienced conversion of leave of absence to cash.

In the university where I work, there is no cash incentive for being perfect in attendance; however, it is a government-owned university, so we have many incentives every June and December.

Yes, they should be given a cash incentive so as to motivate them and others. Our company also give some incentives to such employees

Personally I feel there is notting wrong in this aspect. If you have the funds to do so then go ahead. It would help motivate more workers to do the right thing.

That is a good idea but it is not commonly practiced in my location. Employees get cash incentive or bonus for their good performance towards the end of the year.
