While starting a business might not be easy for everyone, it is definitely not the hardest thing. When you start a business, your focus is on getting the resources including capital, people and how to introduce your product/service into the market. However, managing a business to sure its continued survival and growth involve a lot of business management skills.

True, there is a limit as to how much you can earn when working under someone. Your salary is fixed, so no matter how much profit you get, you still get paid the same thing.
I want to start my own business rather than manage one owned by another person. I better make myself rich than the one I served that is if there is a capital, if not, you will be forced to receive a payment managing a busenss of others.
Starting a business is not easy but the hardest part is managing a business. That's where the real pressure comes in real time.
I do agree that some people are scared of starting up a buisness. The best thing is to conduct a business feasibility study to determine if it is feasible or not. Once they done this, then they will more confident to startup a business.
Starting a business can be very easy. This does not mean that it will be fully easy because you need to make your feasibility study and all but it is better than managing the business cos that’s what will keep the business going
