Anyone can chose to start up a business be it small or big, but the hardest part about being an entrepreneur is managing this business to ensure growth.

True, there is a limit as to how much you can earn when working under someone. Your salary is fixed, so no matter how much profit you get, you still get paid the same thing.

I do agree that some people are scared of starting up a buisness. The best thing is to conduct a business feasibility study to determine if it is feasible or not. Once they done this, then they will more confident to startup a business.
